How is my order sent?
Your order is sent via UPS Surepost! UPS picks it up from our location and (if applicable) USPS delivers it to your door!

How can I place my order?
The ordering process is completed online. You can order on our website, trydnahealth.com.

Can I refund an order from DNA Health?

Yes! Orders can be refunded for up to 30 days after the purchase date, giving you time to try our products risk-free! Simply contact support@trydnahealth.com and we will process your refund. 

Can I cancel my auto-ship subscription, and how do I do this?
You can cancel your auto-ship subscription any time after the first month. Please allow 24 hours before your processing day to cancel properly. To do so, email us at support@trydnahealth.com and request the cancellation.
